The Sex Organs from outer space are coming to the BUT Film Festival 2017 (fuck the human race)! Along with Fake Billy & The False Prophets it will be a night full of inter-galactic sex 'n' roll! Go wild on this primitive, trash, garage, glam, space odyssey...

That's right! The BUT Film & Music Fair is coming back and we've added an extra day! The fair will take place on the 2nd and the 3rd of September during the BUT Film Festival 2017. From 12:00 till 18:00 each day. Sint Janstraat Breda. Free entrance.

We received a message from the director of Roten av ondska / Root of Darkness (which we screened in our BUTKINO last Weekend of Hell) about this kickstarter from Chaosmonger Studio which hinges around Nicola Piovesan. We have seen a lot of these projects, but this one caught our attention because it doesn't aim to be deliberately laughable for a change. They would like to make a genuine retro-futuristic cyberpunk short film and to re-create the look and feel of an eighties sci-fi classic, without using CGI.

To get in the mood for the Fantastic Indonesia tour, we are going to share some trailers and teasers in advance. One of the films we just have to show, because it's such a classic, is Jaka Sembung/The Warrior (1981) with Barry Prima. On 35mm, English spoken, Dutch subs, Sunday 25th of March in Chassé Cinema in Breda.
